1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Daily Drip Company website and our products and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt — we will contact you via WhatsApp or email.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- Easypaisa
For non-COD payments, please complete payment within 24 hours of placing your order. Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is available within Lahore.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand and location.
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000. Standard delivery fee applies otherwise.
5. Coffee Cart Bookings
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking date.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the event.
- Full cancellation refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the event.
- Final pricing depends on the package, guest count, and customization.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Perishable items (coffee, food) cannot be returned once delivered.
- Sealed snack products can be returned within 3 days if unopened and undamaged.
- Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days in original condition.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Daily Drip logo, Bluey mascot, product images, and text — is owned by Daily Drip Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
